Comfort Women (1992) aka Jun ji wei an fu

Tomi Akiyama and her boyfriend Nakamura are troubled about allegations about a Comfort House in China. Tomi gets into the camp, first as a journalist, but is then captured and sent in as a participant. Nakamura is upset by this particular event, and the situation in general, and takes action. The progress of several other characters is followed, including a kind-of happy hooker, a jovial chubby Japanese woman and a brutal and rude general, laced with stock war footage and historical inter-titles.

Lost Dream in Pink House: Dong Shiao-Wen (1995) aka Li dai ming qi Hong lou can meng zhi Dong Xiao Wan

This is a poorly-produced R or NC-17 movie, based on the story of the Dong Xiaowan, the well known prostitute in Ming Dynasty.

Blood Ritual (1989) aka Xie luo ji

The story opens up with a woman being sacrificed and her heart being ripped out of her chest. The rest of the movie doesn't exactly follow that beginning as it turns into a standard crime drama. The police are after these Satanic Cults and they have no leads. A man is released from prison and gets involved in fighting these Cultist with a friend and a female singer.

Night Train (2007) aka Ye che

Wu Hongyan is a young woman working as a prison guard during executions of female convicts. She feels lonely after her husband died, and she takes a night train to another city to visit a dating service. After a series of unsuccessful dates, she meets Li Jun. It quickly becomes obvious that he is hiding a secret: he is the widower of one of the female convicts of which Wu Hongyan assisted in the execution. Li Jun is torn apart by his feelings, as he is both attracted to Wu Hongyan, and having a desire for revenge for his executed wife.
